Consider the Type of Sunlight Your Outdoor TV Installation TV Will Receive
Perhaps the biggest difference in placing an outdoor TV, compared to placing an indoor TV, is the presence of sunlight. Outdoor spaces can be divided into three types of areas, in terms of exposure to the sun: full shade, partial sun, full sun.
As the names suggest, full shade means an area is covered and only receives ambient light. Partial sun means an area receives a lot of indirect sunlight and fewer than six hours of direct sunlight per day. Full sun means that direct sunlight falls on the screen of the TV for more than six hours per day.
Typically, outdoor TVs are set up in a partial-sun area since that is the most comfortable for viewing. In addition, people watching that TV want some shade from the sun but still want a lot of natural light and the benefit of fresh air in their outdoor living space.

With the right screen protection, you will not have to worry about glare spoiling your viewing experience. Another consideration for your outdoor TV placement is sound and sound quality.
